Hi, I'm Kelly
I’m a Registered Dietitian with over 12 years of experience helping people with IBS and other complex gut conditions reduce symptoms and feel more confident in their day-to-day lives.
My work focuses on helping you move out of the guessing and restriction cycle and into a place where food feels less scary, symptoms are better controlled, and life feels bigger again.
I started my career in 2012 and found my way into gut health after navigating my own diagnoses of IBS and Microscopic Colitis. Like many of my clients, I was given vague advice, generic handouts, and very little guidance on how to actually apply it to my life. That experience is part of why I do this work—but it’s my training, clinical experience, and years of working with complex cases that shape how I practice today.

I completed my dietetic internship and Bachelor’s degree at the University of Texas at Austin and earned my Master’s in Business from the University of North Texas. I’ve spent over six years focused specifically on nutrition counseling and gut health, combining clinical expertise with a systems-based, realistic approach to care.

After working in management, I discovered that I missed working with clients and decided to open my own private practice.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me working on a craft project, trying a new local restaurant, or listening to an audiobiook or podcast. I’m a big food person (always have been) and firmly believe that managing gut symptoms shouldn’t mean giving up enjoyment around eating. Fun fact: I keep mini bottles of Tajín and chamoy in my purse at all times.
Mission
My mission is to provide affordable, evidence-based, personalized nutrition care for people living with IBS and complex gut conditions—so they can reduce symptoms, understand what’s happening in their body, and regain confidence around food and daily life.

Everyone deserves clear guidance, thoughtful support, and care that doesn’t require extreme restriction or financial strain. My goal is to make expert gut health nutrition more available—so relief isn’t reserved for only those who can afford it.
