Are you struggling with bloating, constipation, diarrhea, reflux, gas, or abdominal pain?

Relief starts here.

Your symptoms aren't just in your head and it's not just a stomach ache. The anxiety of not knowing what to eat, feelings of guilt and loneliness that come from cancelled plans, and fears of being caught in a place without a bathroom are valid.

Living with condition that affects your gut (whether it's IBS, microscopic colitis, SNAS, or MCAS) can be confusing, exhausting, and life-changing. It can feel overwhelming to manage, but you don't have to go at it alone.

If you're struggling to reintroduce foods after trying a restrictive diet, feel like you've "tried it all", or don't even know where to start, I can help you.

As a Registered Dietitian who struggled to manage her own diagnoses of IBS and Microscopic Colitis, and went through the low FODMAP diet, I understand what you're going through.

Together, we can find the source of your symptoms and work together to find you relief and take your life back.

Hi There!

Welcome to Hues Nutrition

I'm Kelly, a MONASH trained Registered Dietitian on a mission to help people poop better and find relief from their bloating.

I started my career in 2012 and found my way into gut health after navigating my own diagnoses of IBS and Microscopic Colitis. Like many of my clients, I spent years being told to “just eat more fiber” or handed generic advice that didn’t actually help.

Today, I help clients move out of the guessing-and-restriction cycle and into a place where symptoms are better controlled, food feels less stressful, and life doesn’t revolve around their gut.

"I originally sought out Kelly because I learned that my IBS could actually be a systemic nickel allergy, and I wasn't sure what I should be eating. Our sessions together have been so helpful for managing my symptoms. I've learned a lot about my triggers, and finally understand what foods make me feel bad and why. Kelly was also happy to talk about my general nutrition questions, help me troubleshoot recipes, and come up with ideas that would work for my lifestyle. Overall, our meetings were a game changer for me and I'm so glad we were able to work together!"
